Take Cynergy twice a day , each time 10-12 drops with
60ml of water (60ml is about twice the amount of the
Cynergy bottle (30ml)). Always take Cynergy on empty
stomach for maximum absorption. Cynergy can be taken
with any other vitamins, minerals and herbs supplement.
Cynergy enhances the action of vitamins, minerals and
herbs and hence is an excellent complement to your existing
vitamins/minerals/herbs intake. For maximum effectiveness,
avoid taking Cynergy with high glycemic food or drinks.
High glycemic index food/drinks are those that contain
high sugar content (ie sucrose, glucose, honey, maltose).
Food/drinks that contain fructose is fine, as fructose
is considered low glycemic index.
